Limericks
Would you like to put your gift for rhyme and wit to work? Have you ever written – or even uttered – a limerick? Would you like to try? The Lighter Side of Law wants to show your talents to the world – or at least the few people who manage to find this site. So, we are hereby commencing our first ever competition – the Legal Limerick competition.
The rules are as follows:
- All submissions MUST be in limerick form (5 lines; aabba rhyme scheme)
- All submissions MUST involve some breach of the law – whether criminal or civil
- All submissions MUST be humorous. All serious limericks will be discarded upon receipt.
NOTE: If we can ever get enough participants, we are hoping to offer the winners prizes. So, get your rhyme on!
